Chef is a 2014 American comedy film directed, co-produced, written by, and starring Jon Favreau. It premiered at SXSW on March 7, 2014 and is set to release theatrically in the United States on May 9, 2014.
SYNOPSIS
When Miami-born chef Carl Casper tries and fails to open a restaurant in Los Angeles, he returns to Miami to fix up a food truck he names El Jefe Cubanos and reacquaints with his ex-wife. He plans to drive across the country to reclaim his success in L.A.
