Movie Trailer: The smurfs 2


The Smurfs 2 is an upcoming 2013 American 3D family comedy film and a sequel to the 2011 film The Smurfs. Produced by Sony Pictures Animation and distributed by Columbia Pictures, it is being directed again by Raja Gosnell, with all the main cast returning. New cast includes Christina Ricci and J. B. Smoove as members of the Naughties, and Brendan Gleeson as Patrick Winslow's stepfather. The film is set for release on July 31, 2013.



SYNOPSIS
Gargamel creates Hackus and Vexy, a couple of evil Smurf-like creatures called the Naughties, to harness the magical Smurf essence. When he discovers that only a real Smurf can give him what he wants and that only Smurfette can turn the Naughties into real Smurfs, Gargamel kidnaps Smurfette and takes her to Paris, France. There, with the help of the Smurf essence, Gargamel hopes to use the Eiffel Tower as an energy-generating antenna to finally return home. It is up to Papa Smurf, Clumsy, Grouchy, and Vanity to return to the human world and seek help from Patrick and Grace Winslow and their son Blue.

Movie Trailer: Warm Bodies

Warm Bodies is a 2013 American romantic zombie comedy film based on Isaac Marion's popular novel of the same name. Directed and written by Jonathan Levine, the film stars Nicholas Hoult and Teresa Palmer. This film focuses on the development of the relationship between Julie (a teenage girl) and R (a zombie) and how their romance sets in motion a sequence of events that might transform the entire lifeless world.


SYNOPSIS
R is a zombie. After a zombie apocalypse, he shambles across an America filled with collapsed buildings, rusted cars, shattered windows, and abandoned high-rises. He can only grunt or moan and craves human brains to get high on their memories. After eating the brains of a suicidal teen, R is overcome with love for the teen's companion, Julie Grigio. R rescues Julie from his zombie pack and takes her back to his lair. She eventually leaves, and R follows her back to Citi Field in Queens, New York, the largest remaining human refuge.

Movie Trailer: Beautiful Creatures

Beautiful Creatures is an upcoming supernatural romance film based upon the novel by the same name by Kami Garcia and Margaret Stohl. The film will be directed by Richard LaGravenese and will star Alice Englert and Alden Ehrenreich.



SYNOPSIS
When newcomer Lena Duchannes arrives in the small town of Gatlin she quickly captures the attention of Ethan Wate, who only wants to escape what he views as a boring and dead end town. He quickly gets more excitement than he bargained for, as Lena possesses strange powers that have long kept her at a distance from others in her life. Lena and Ethan are drawn together, but their budding romance is threatened by the dangers posed by Lena's being a Caster and her family's Dark heritage, for upon her sixteenth birthday Lena must undergo the Claiming, a process that will decide her fate forever: Light or Dark.

PRODUCTION

Alcon Entertainment purchased the rights to Beautiful Creatures in 2009, with director Richard LaGravenese signing on soon after to write and direct the movie. Casting for the film began in late 2011, and in February 2012 Viola Davis was cast as Amma. Soon after, Jack O'Connell and Alice Englert were announced to be playing the lead characters of Ethan Wate and Lena Duchannes. O'Connell later dropped out of the film due to a scheduling conflict, with Alden Ehrenreich assuming the role of Ethan. Further casting included Emma Thompson in dual roles as Sarafine and Mrs Lincoln and Jeremy Irons as Lena's uncle Macon Ravenwood. Of the character of Lena, Englert stated that "Lena is like most girls when you feel massively insecure".
Filming started in May 2012 in New Orleans and finished in late July. For the film LaGravenese chose to incorporate real special effects along with computer-based ones for certain scenes, notably a scene in which a classroom's windows shatter, which Emmy Rossum called "exciting". On September 19, 2012 the first trailer for Beautiful Creatures was released.
Thenewno2 has agreed to record the soundtrack and is currently in Abbey Road Studios recording.
This movie is set to be released on the 2nd of February 2013

Movie Trailer: Jack the Giant Slayer

Jack the Giant Slayer (previously titled Jack the Giant Killer) is an upcoming fantasy/adventure film based on the fairy tale, "Jack the Giant Killer". The film is directed by Bryan Singer and stars Nicholas Hoult, Eleanor Tomlinson, Stanley Tucci, Ian McShane, Bill Nighy and Ewan McGregor with a screenplay written by Darren Lemke, Christopher McQuarrie and Dan Studney. The film tells the story of Jack, a young farmhand who must rescue a princess from a race of giants after inadvertently opening a gateway to their world.
Development of Jack the Giant Slayer began in January 2009 with the hiring of D. J. Caruso to direct film. By August, Caruso was replaced by Singer, who hired McQuarrie to rework the script in April 2010. The main characters were cast between February and March 2011, and principal photography began in April 2011 in England with locations in Somerset, Gloucestershire and Norfolk. Release of the film was moved back in post production to allow more time for special effects and marketing. Jack the Giant Slayer is scheduled to be released on March 1, 2013.

Movie Trailer: The Last Stand

The Last Stand is an American action film directed by Kim Ji-woon planned for release in 2013. It will be Arnold Schwarzenegger's first leading role since Terminator 3: Rise of the Machines in 2003. This will be the first American production for Kim Ji-woon and cinematographer Kim Ji-yong.


SYNOPSIS
Ray Owens (Arnold Schwarzenegger) is sheriff of the quiet US border town of Sommerton Junction after leaving the LAPD following a bungled operation. Following his escape from the FBI, a notorious drug baron, his gang, and a hostage are heading toward Sommerton Junction where the police are preparing to make a last stand to intercept them before they cross the border. Owens is reluctant to become involved but ultimately joins in with the law enforcement efforts.

Movie Trailer: Les Misérables

Les Misérables is an upcoming British musical drama film produced by Working Title Films and distributed by Universal Pictures. The film is based on the musical of the same name by Alain Boublil, Claude-Michel Schönberg and Herbert Kretzmer, which is in turn based on Les Misérables, the 1862 French novel by Victor Hugo.

The film is directed by Tom Hooper, scripted by William Nicholson, and stars an ensemble cast led by Hugh Jackman and Russell Crowe. Anne Hathaway, Amanda Seyfried, Eddie Redmayne, Samantha Barks, Sacha Baron Cohen, Helena Bonham Carter and Aaron Tveit also star in supporting roles. The film tells the story of Jean Valjean, a former prisoner who becomes mayor of a town in France. Valjean agrees to take care of Cosette, the illegitimate daughter of Fantine, and must avoid being captured again by Javert, a police inspector.

Development of Les Misérables began in the late 1980s. After the musical's 25th Anniversary concert in October 2010, producer Cameron Mackintosh announced that the film resumed development. Hooper and Nicholson were approached in March 2011 and the main characters were cast in 2011. Principal photography of the film commenced in March 2012, and took place in various locations in Winchester and Portsmouth in Hampshire, England, as well as Paris in France.

Les Misérables is scheduled to be released on 25 December 2012 in the United States and on 11 January 2013 in the United Kingdom.


SYNOPSIS
Jean Valjean (Hugh Jackman), a Frenchman imprisoned for stealing bread, has broken his parole and must flee from police Inspector Javert (Russell Crowe). The pursuit consumes both men's lives, and after two decades on the run, Valjean finds himself in the midst of the 1832 June Rebellion in Paris.

Movie Trailer: Django Unchained

Django Unchained is an upcoming western film written and directed by Quentin Tarantino. The film stars Jamie Foxx, Christoph Waltz, Leonardo DiCaprio, Kerry Washington and Samuel L. Jackson. The film is scheduled to be released on December 25, 2012 in North America.

Set in the Deep South, the film follows Django (Foxx), a freed slave who treks across America with Dr. King Schultz (Waltz), a bounty hunter. The film is inspired by Sergio Corbucci's 1966 spaghetti western Django, with star Franco Nero having a cameo.


SYNOPSIS


Django (Jamie Foxx) is a slave living in the Deep South after having been separated from his wife Broomhilda (Kerry Washington). When Django is held for a slave auction, Dr. King Schultz (Christoph Waltz), a German bounty hunter who uses his former profession as a dentist as a cover, frees Django from his vicious masters, the Speck brothers (James Remar and James Russo), and gives him the option of hunting down and killing the Brittle Brothers, a ruthless gang of killers whom only Django has seen. In return, Schultz will free Django from slavery completely and help rescue Broomhilda from the brutal but charming Francophile Calvin Candie (Leonardo DiCaprio), who owns Candyland, a plantation where male slaves are trained to fight for sport and female slaves are forced into prostitution.

Movie Trailer: The Hobbit

The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey is a 2012 epic fantasy film co-written and directed by Peter Jackson. It is the first of a three-part film adaptation of the novel The Hobbit (1937) by J. R. R. Tolkien, followed by The Desolation of Smaug (2013) and There and Back Again (2014). The film is written by Jackson, his longtime collaborators Fran Walsh and Philippa Boyens, and Guillermo del Toro, who originally was chosen to direct the film.
Set in Middle-earth, the story is about the hobbit Bilbo Baggins (Martin Freeman), hired by the wizard Gandalf (Ian McKellen) to accompany 13 dwarves led by Thorin Oakenshield (Richard Armitage) on a quest to reclaim the Lonely Mountain from Smaug the dragon. The film premiered in New Zealand on 28 November 2012 and is scheduled for general release on 14 December 2012.


SYNOPSIS
Based on the book of the same name, The Hobbit follows Bilbo Baggins, a curious young Hobbit, as he journeys eastwards with the wizard Gandalf and a troupe of thirteen dwarves. Their goal is to reach the Lonely Mountain and reclaim a stolen treasure guarded by Smaug, a cruel and terrible dragon.
The journey leads them from Bilbo's home in the Shire through Rivendell, an Elven colony, and then into the Misty Mountains. There "they must escape the goblin tunnels, where Bilbo meets the creature that will change his life forever ... Gollum." Seemingly by coincidence, Bilbo acquires a golden ring that was previously owned by Gollum. This ring, although unobtrusive, is a "ring that holds unexpected and useful qualities" by rendering its wearer invisible.
As they continue eastward, the travellers eventually reach Mirkwood, the realm of the Silvan Elves.

This Is 40 is an upcoming 2012 American comedy film written, co-produced and directed by Judd Apatow, starring Paul Rudd and Leslie Mann. The film is a spin-off from Apatow's 2007 film, Knocked Up. Filming was conducted in mid-2011 and it will be released in North America and United Kingdom on December 21, 2012.

SYNOPSIS
Debbie and Pete—a couple first seen in Knocked Up—continue to fight their way through their marriage. The growing financial troubles from Pete's new record label adds to the pressure.
